Research
The evidence behind the advice.
Ten peer-reviewed papers, thirteen conference papers and a teaching case other business schools use. On AI at work, on fairness, on sustainability, and on how leaders actually decide. This is the working file underneath every programme, every engagement and every keynote.

What I study
Seven questions organizations keep running into.
Each of these began as a problem inside a real organization and ended as published research. The papers are listed further down the page.
AI and the future of work
“What is AI actually doing to trust inside our company?”
Where AI-enabled systems help, where they quietly erode privacy and trust, and how to introduce them without losing the workforce on the way.
Evidence-based people decisions
“Which of our people practices actually move the numbers?”
Separating the HR practices with a measurable link to firm performance from the ones that survive on habit.
Sustainability and green HRM
“We’ve committed to sustainability. How do we get the workforce to deliver it?”
The most-cited work here: how culture and people systems either carry a sustainability commitment or quietly bury it.
Fairness, well-being and culture
“What is an unfair culture costing us in output?”
How perceived unfairness turns into loneliness, knowledge hiding and disengagement, and what that does to discretionary effort.
Talent, careers and global mobility
“Why do our senior hires and overseas postings keep failing?”
What determines whether a senior person lands, adjusts and performs, and the barriers that quietly hold back women’s careers in India.
Leadership and judgment
“How do our leaders’ blind spots show up in results?”
Executive overconfidence, overqualification and abusive supervision: how leaders’ own cognition ends up in the P&L.
Growth-stage organizations
“How do we build people systems without becoming bureaucratic?”
Autonomy, trust and agility in new ventures, and what happens to innovation under informal competition.
Peer-reviewed
Ten papers. Five in top-tier journals.
ABDC is the Australian Business Deans Council ranking; the A band is the top tier below A*. Citation counts are from Google Scholar. Every entry links to the paper itself.

Taught elsewhere
A case other business schools teach from.
Research that stays in journals changes nothing. This one is a published teaching case, the kind of document an MBA cohort is handed on a Monday morning and argued over by Wednesday.
AMRG & Associates is a family-run firm that had outgrown its own informal habits. GST arrived in 2016 and the improvised processes stopped holding. What follows is the part most transformation stories skip: the actual mechanics (formal job descriptions, performance-linked incentives, a legal compliance unit) and what it cost the leadership to push them through.
It is the same problem most growing organizations bring to him.

Where it lands
Research that leaves the journal.
None of this is worth much if it stays in a PDF. It reaches organizations as keynotes, masterclasses and programme content.
